Look beyond the tennis players, designer watches and blocks of chocolate and you will find a wonderful world full of artisan raw milk cheese. We're talking about Switzerland.
The Red Cow is Australia's very first importer of the exquisite 'Selection Beeler' collection - a group of artisan raw milk cheeses hand picked by Rolf Beeler, the man many world-wide refer to as the Pope of Cheese.
To celebrate the arrival of the 'Selection Beeler' cheeses, Tom Merkli, director/importer of The Red Cow, with Melbourne's hot new restaurant Virginia Plain will host a special evening to explore six artisan Swiss cheeses, matched to wine and beer, bread and a bespoke mix of condiments made by head chef Andy Harmer.
